Accops is collaborating with Desh Seva Samiti, a Mumbai-based NGO, which has been distributing food to poor families struggling for survival in this nationwide lockdown imposed due to Covid-19. While it has been able to reach out to 150-odd families already, we are trying to spread the goodwill to more. Accops will donate the fees of first 50 licences earned from every customer to help feed the poor families for next three weeks. Living in Goregaon West, most of these families are run by widows, elderly people, daily-wage earners, like street vendors and construction workers. And all of them have been left jobless in the wake of the lockdown.
